Tata Consultancy Services Limited is seeking a Tier 2 support engineer located in Princeton, IN. You will diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software incidents, work across multiple sites, and coordinate with engineering teams to restore services quickly.
The role requires strong communication, after-hours availability, and a hands-on approach to desktop, printer, and network-related issues. On-site duties and travel may be involved.
Competenze
- Experience in providing Tier 2 support to customers by researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting issues, and resolving incidents.
- Experience with break/fix, configuration issues, troubleshooting, software installations, hardware repair.
- Ability to work in a customer-facing role with strong communication and under pressure.
Mansioni
- Provide Tier 2 (L2) support to customers by diagnosing and resolving incidents that cannot be handled by Tier 1.
- Handle break/fix, configuration issues, troubleshooting, software installations, hardware repair.
- Use ServiceNow as the ticketing tool to document work and coordinate resolutions.
- Provide on-site, operational support for data center equipment and coordinate with product/engineering teams.
