Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services seeks an experienced Tier 3 IT Infrastructure engineer to diagnose and resolve complex server, network, and data center issues. This role supports customers, collaborates with engineering teams, and requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.

The position is based in the United States, with potential travel to other Tata sites. Candidates should be prepared for on-call rotations and tight SLA adherence.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting complex IT infrastructure issues.
• Customer-facing role requiring clear written and verbal communication.
• Able to travel to different sites as needed (short basis).

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 3 IT infrastructure support across server, network, DC, and services.
• Support and troubleshoot Cisco LAN/WAN and wireless networks.
• Manage and repair data center components and server hardware.
• Coordinate with Product & Engineering teams for incident resolution.
