Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in providing Tier 2 IT support, diagnosing and resolving incidents.
• Customer-facing role requiring strong verbal and written communication, and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Work across multiple sites and travel as needed.
• Provide on-site technical support for hardware/software and perform installations.
• Update tickets with details and maintain knowledge base.
• Coordinate hardware warranty repair and escalation to 3rd party vendors.
