Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving complex IT infrastructure incidents.
• Front-line customer support interface; escalations to SMEs as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer information systems or related field.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and administer Cisco Layer 2/3 networks.
• Manage site power, HVAC, cabling, and server room hardware.
• Administer Windows Server and SCCM environments.
• Provide on-site and remote support, handling escalations.
