Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Huntsville, AL seeks a Tier 3 IT Infrastructure Engineer to troubleshoot and resolve complex server, network and data center incidents. You will work closely with engineering teams to deploy solutions and ensure rapid restoration of services.

The role requires solid Windows server administration, Cisco networking knowledge, and strong customer communication under pressure. On-call coverage and on-site support are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Computer Science or related field required.
• 3–5 years of Level 3 IT infrastructure experience.
• Strong troubleshooting across server, network, data center and storage.
• Experience with Windows Server administration and AD, SCCM.
• Ability to manage customer incidents with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 3 IT infrastructure support and incident resolution.
• Troubleshoot, configure, and repair server, network, and data center components.
• Coordinate with Product & Engineering teams to resolve issues.
• Serve as front-line interface with customers and maintain SLA adherence.
• On-call 24x7 availability for critical incidents.
