Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) seeks a Tier 3 IT Infrastructure Engineer to handle advanced server, network, and data center issues. The role involves troubleshooting, configuration, and root-cause analysis with strong collaboration across Product & Engineering teams.

You will support customers, manage critical incidents, and require excellent communication under pressure. Travel is possible to support multiple sites and projects.

Qualifications

• Experience with troubleshooting server, network, data center, and infrastructure issues.
• Ability to diagnose complex IT incidents and guide Tier 1/2 teams.
• Experience administering Windows Server environments and related services.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 3 IT infrastructure support for servers, networks, data centers, and related services.
• Lead high-expertise fixes and coordinate with Product & Engineering teams.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams during incidents.
• Manage and resolve incidents that exceed Tier 1/2 capabilities.
