Job summary

Helix Electric Inc. is actively seeking a Senior Manager, Learning & Development to helm enterprise-wide learning strategy and deliver training initiatives that enhance organizational capability and performance.

Reporting to the Head of Learning and Organizational Development, you will design programs, lead delivery, manage budgets, and collaborate with executives to translate business needs into scalable development plans. Some travel to regional offices and sites (~30%) is required.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of learning and/or leadership development experience
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (HR/LD/OD/EDU/Business)
• Ability to partner with executive leaders to translate priorities into people development initiatives
• Experience leading enterprise learning programs and managing multiple workstreams
• Experience leading, coaching or supervising teams and project contributors
• Proficient with MS Office; tech-savvy; able to learn new systems quickly
• Construction industry experience preferred
• Experience with course authoring tools (Articulate 360 Rise & Storyline, Camtasia) preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of learning strategy, priorities and solutions
• Design and develop learning programs, curricula, and materials with SMEs and vendors
• Collaborate with L&OD to leverage resources, technologies and LMS
• Monitor training activities and measure program impact
• Partner with leaders on assessment, development, talent planning and career pathing
• Oversee learning offerings, on-site and virtual events, and scheduling
