Job summary

Helix Electric Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Learning & Development to lead enterprise-wide training strategy and initiatives. You will design programs, collaborate with executives and mentors, and oversee delivery across regions.

Responsibilities include program design, budgeting, resource coordination and performance measurement, with ~30% travel to sites and offices. A background in construction or related industries is preferred.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of learning and/or leadership development experience.
• Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Human Resources, Learning and Development, Organizational Development, Education, Business or related field.
• Ability to partner with executive leaders to translate priorities into people development initiatives.
• Experience leading enterprise learning programs and managing projects across multiple workstreams.
• Experience supervising teams and cross-functional contributors.
• Proficiency with MS Office; tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems.
• Construction industry experience preferred; course authoring tools experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of learning strategy, priorities and solutions aligned to business needs.
• Design and develop learning programs, curriculum and instructional materials with SMEs and vendors.
• Coordinate with L&OD teams to leverage resources and LMS capabilities.
• Monitor training activities, measure impact and adjust programs for efficiency and learner experience.
• Travel to regional offices and job sites for ~30% of time.
