Job summary

Helix Electric in Oakland, CA, seeks a Senior Manager, Learning & Development to lead enterprise-wide learning strategy and training initiatives. You will identify developmental needs, design solutions, and drive programs that enhance capability and business performance.

Reporting to the Head of Learning and Organizational Development, you will collaborate with business units, govern key programs, manage resources and budget, and ensure measurable outcomes across delivery methods.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of learning and/or leadership development experience
• Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Human Resources, Learning and Development, Organizational Development, Education, Business or related field
• Experience leading large-scale enterprise learning/leadership programs

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of learning strategy, priorities and solutions aligned to business and organizational capability needs
• Design and develop learning and leadership development programs, curriculum, and instructional materials with SMEs and vendors
• Monitor training activities, measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
• Partner with executives and business leaders on talent development, succession, and career pathing
• Manage internal and external resources to support delivery of training and events
