Job summary

Helix Electric Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Learning & Development to champion enterprise-wide development, set learning strategy, and drive training initiatives that elevate organizational performance.

Reporting to the Head of L&OD, you will lead program design, collaborate with business units, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives while maintaining high quality across delivery methods. 30% travel to regional offices and jobsites is expected.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of learning and/or leadership development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Education, or Business.
• Ability to partner with executive leaders to translate priorities into people development initiatives.
• Experience leading enterprise learning/leadership development programs.
• Experience managing projects, priorities, resources and budgets across multiple workstreams.
• Experience leading, coaching or supervising team members.
• Construction industry experience preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office; tech-savvy; adaptability with new systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of learning strategy aligned to business needs.
• Design and develop learning and leadership programs, curricula, and materials with SMEs and vendors.
• Collaborate with L&OD team to leverage resources and LMS capabilities.
• Monitor training activities, measure impact, and optimize learner experience.
• Partner with leaders on initiatives related to assessment, development, and succession planning.
• Oversee scheduling, budgeting and resource coordination for learning programs.
• Manage internal and external resources for training delivery.
• Travel to regional offices and sites (~30%).
• Design high-quality, scalable learning solutions across formats.
