Job summary

Client Electronics Americas is seeking a Sr. Learning and Development Specialist in Fremont, California to support learning and development programs across the Americas.

The role serves as a COE for Learning & Talent Development, coordinating training committees and driving upskilling initiatives while partnering with HR and cross-functional stakeholders. You will lead regional L&D activities, manage logistics for virtual and in-person programs, and contribute to digital learning transformation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Training and Talent Development or related field.
• Strong understanding of training methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Excellent facilitation, public speaking, and presentation skills; proficient in in-person and livestream delivery.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute cross-site and region Learning & Development operations and initiatives.
• Develop annual learning and development roadmaps aligned with organizational and business needs.
• Conduct training needs analysis, vendor evaluation, training effectiveness assessment, and support committee governance.
• Lead regional learning and development activities including logistics, communications, vendor coordination, scheduling, venues and AV support.
• Support design and implementation of training frameworks and competency models.
• Utilize LMS and other platforms to administer training and learning records.
• Provide consultation and solutions for learning and talent development issues.
