Southern California Edison (SCE) seeks a Learning & Development Program Senior Advisor to guide the strategic direction of the enterprise learning portfolio. You will lead training program management, content redesign, and new technologies while aligning with enterprise initiatives.

Your work will drive leadership, employee, system, and technical training programs. The role requires deep expertise in adult learning, Kirkpatrick evaluation, and facilitating impactful learning experiences.

Qualifikationen

• Ten or more years in leading technical training initiatives and programs.
• Experience leading cross-organizational training for performance or compliance.
• Strong facilitation and facilitation of complex training content.
• Ability to design, develop and deploy training programs with leaders.
