Job summary

Client Electronics America is seeking a Sr. Learning and Talent Development Specialist to lead and coordinate learning initiatives across the Americas.

The role partners with HR and cross-functional teams to design, deliver, and manage impactful learning solutions that boost capability and engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in adult learning, excellent facilitation and communication skills, and experience managing regional programs, including both virtual and in-person

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Training and Talent Development or related field.
• Strong understanding of training methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Excellent facilitation, public speaking, and presentation skills; capable of in-person and livestream delivery.

Responsibilities

• Execute cross-site and regional Learning & Development operations and initiatives.
• Develop annual learning and development roadmaps aligned with business needs.
• Conduct training needs analysis, vendor evaluation, and training effectiveness assessment.
