The Learning & Development Senior Associate will support enterprise learning, leadership development, and talent management initiatives, coordinating projects, creating resources, and analyzing data to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred and 4+ years in learning, talent management, or related roles.
• Experience with LMS, LXP, HRIS, or learning technologies.
• Experience creating presentations, communications, reports, and learning resources.
• Strong data analytics, reporting, and data visualization skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end support for enterprise learning initiatives.
• Coordinate projects with program leaders and learning resources.
• Manage communications and support learning technology platforms.
• Analyze program data and facilitate learning experiences.
• Drive continuous process improvement with limited supervision.
