Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Draft executive-ready communications and facilitate workshops, learning sessions, and cross-functional meetings.
• Build dashboards and reports to track learning outcomes, identify process efficiencies, and securely manage sensitive talent data.

We are seeking a proactive Learning & Development Senior Associate to provide end-to-end support for enterprise learning, leadership development, and talent management initiatives. Working with limited supervision, you will manage multiple priorities—from coordinating executive learning programs and designing engaging resources to analyzing program data and facilitating workshops. This is a hybrid position, Tuesday-Thursday in office, remote Monday and Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• Program & Learning Support: Manage project timelines, communications, stakeholder engagement, and logistics for senior leader development sessions, assessments, and team-building events.
• Content Creation & LXP Management: Design job aids, toolkits, and presentation slides; curate content within the Learning Experience Platform (LXP); and track learner participation.
• Communications & Facilitation: Draft executive-ready communications and facilitate workshops, learning sessions, and cross-functional meetings.
• Analytics & Continuous Improvement: Build dashboards and reports to track learning outcomes, identify process efficiencies, and securely manage sensitive talent data.

Qualifications

• Experience: 4+ years in learning & development, talent management, project coordination, or corporate communications.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Tech Stack: Proficiency in MS Office (advanced PowerPoint, Word, Excel), Canva, and applied AI/productivity tools. Experience with LMS, LXP, or HRIS platforms preferred.
