Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred and 4+ years in learning, talent management, or related roles.

Senior Associate of Learning and Development

The Learning & Development Senior Associate provides end-to-end support for enterprise learning, leadership development, and talent management initiatives. This role partners with program leaders to coordinate projects, create learning resources, manage communications, support learning technology platforms, analyze program data, and facilitate learning experiences. The position operates with limited supervision, managing multiple priorities while ensuring high-quality execution and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 4+ years of experience supporting learning, talent management, project coordination, communications, or related functions.
• Experience with LMS, LXP, HRIS, or learning technologies preferred.
• Experience creating presentations, communications, reports, and learning resources preferred.
