Qualifications

• Excel, reporting & data analytics experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end project and program management support for learning, leadership, and talent initiatives.
• Coordinate program plans, timelines, communications, meetings, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Support enterprise talent and learning processes, ensuring smooth execution and participant experience.
• Coordinate senior leader learning sessions, development programs, assessments, and team-building activities.
• Content Development & Learning Experience Support.
• Design and develop learning resources, toolkits, job aids, presentations, and participant materials.
• Create presentation slides and storyboard content to support learning and leadership programs.
• Curate and maintain content within the Learning Experience Platform (LXP).
• Set up, track, and report on development activities, learning assignments, and learner participation.
