The role combines program coordination, content development, reporting, and facilitation support to enterprise learning, leadership development, and talent management initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in learning and development, talent management, project coordination, communications, or related function.
• Experience with LMS, LXP, HRIS, or other learning technologies preferred.
• Strong skills in communication, organization, stakeholder management, data accuracy, and project execution.
• Ability to create presentations, reports, dashboards, communications, and learning materials.
• Advanced proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Canva preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m., with a one-hour lunch

Work Arrangement: Hybrid; in office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday

Contract Pay Range: $35–$50 per hour, depending on experience

Pay Details: $35.00 to $50.00 per hour
