LHH is seeking a Learning & Development Senior Associate for a five-month hybrid assignment in the Richmond, VA area. You will coordinate programs, create learning resources, analyze data, and support learning experiences across the organization.

Responsibilities include end-to-end program support, managing timelines and communications, developing materials, maintaining learning platforms, and preparing reports for leadership.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in learning and development, talent management, or related roles.
• Experience creating presentations, reports, training materials, and communications.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end learning, leadership development, and talent programs.
• Manage timelines, communications, stakeholder engagement, and participant experiences.
• Coordinate leadership sessions, assessments, workshops, and team-building activities.
• Create learning materials, job aids, toolkits, and participant resources.
• Maintain content in LMS/LXP platforms and related systems.
• Track activities, participation, and program outcomes; develop dashboards.
• Develop and distribute communications related to learning initiatives.
• Facilitate trainings, meetings, and development programs.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and executive-level communications.
• Analyze data to identify trends and support business decisions.
• Recommend process improvements and ensure confidentiality of information.
