Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct contract performance as Contract Manager with authority to act on daily matters.
• Lead KM program management per CNGBI 5002.01 and NGB KM methodologies.
• Develop, coordinate, and publish KM Manual, Campaign Plan, and Strategic Communications Plan.
• Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual reports (MSR, QSR, ASR) and maintain KM quality standards.
• Support KM governance meetings with agendas, minutes, and action logs.
• Deliver decision-support and situational-awareness products for leadership.
