Job summary
Goldbelt Glacier seeks an experienced Knowledge Management (KM) Analyst/SME to strengthen knowledge capture, governance, and decision support for the National Guard Enterprise. You will shape KM processes, architectures, and lifecycle practices across mission-focused domains.
The role requires strong analytical skills, familiarity with KM metrics, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams while supporting structured KM methodologies. A secret clearance is required.
Qualifications
- Must possess KM certifications (CKM/CKS, APQC, KMQC, AFSC) or equivalent.
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Organizational Learning or Library Science.
- Minimum five years applying enterprise KM principles and practices.
- Secret Clearance required.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and sustainment of enterprise KM governance processes, standards, policies, and procedures.
- Analyze knowledge flows, business processes, and information-sharing practices to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain KM architectures, taxonomies, metadata models, content types, and lifecycle rules.
- Facilitate knowledge capture activities, including interviews, AARs, lessons learned sessions.
