Job summary

People Technology And Processes in Arlington, VA is seeking a Knowledge Management Analyst (Program Manager / Senior KM Analyst) to lead the enterprise KM program and governance while holding a SECRET clearance. The role directs contract management and coordinates with COR, delivering KM planning products and recurring reporting across the organization.

Responsibilities include publishing the KM Manual, Campaign Plan, and Communications Plan, and producing the monthly/quarterly/annual reporting

Qualifications

CKM and PMP certifications required or strongly preferred.
Eight+ years of enterprise KM experience.
Proven ability to manage KM governance, maturity assessments, and cross-functional collaboration.
Experience publishing KM doctrine, plans, and reporting cadences.
Active SECRET clearance required and LMS/training coordination experience.

Responsibilities

Direct overall contract performance as Contract Manager with authority on daily matters.
Lead KM program management, governance facilitation, and planning products.
Develop, coordinate, publish KM Manual, Campaign Plan, and Strategic Communications Plan.
Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual KM reporting (MSR/QSR/ASR) and ensure quality standards.
Support KM governance meetings with agendas, minutes, logs, and briefings.
Deliver decision-support and situational-awareness products for leadership.
