Job summary

Goldbelt Glacier in Arlington, VA seeks a Knowledge Management Program Manager to deliver comprehensive KM support, maturing the KM ecosystem and governing enterprise knowledge assets.

You will lead governance, architecture, and repository stewardship, including SharePoint Online, metadata, and lifecycle rules; coordinate with RM/DM/IT/RPA leads; track metrics and publish KM performance reports. A Secret Clearance is required and a strong PM background is essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge Management principles, practices, frameworks, and program maturity models.
• Knowledge of information architecture, taxonomy, metadata, content management, and knowledge lifecycle practices.
• Proficiency with SharePoint Online/Microsoft 365 and enterprise knowledge repositories.
• Strong program management, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to develop and track program metrics, dashboards, performance indicators, and reports.

Responsibilities

• Establish, mature, and execute KM governance processes; scale governance for a growing workforce.
• Design and maintain enterprise information architectures, including taxonomy and metadata.
• Attend collaboration meetings and document minutes with RM/DM/IT/RPA stakeholders.
• Recommend improvements and enterprise ideas to enhance KM maturity and knowledge lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain KM program metrics; track progress and publish dashboards.
• Coordinate KM communications planning and reporting across the enterprise.
