Job summary

Goldbelt Glacier Health Services seeks a Knowledge Management Program Manager to deliver comprehensive KM support, maturing and sustaining the NGE KM ecosystem. The role drives governance, architecture, and metrics across enterprise KM initiatives.

The candidate will coordinate KM governance products, collaboration efforts, and reporting while ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy and policies. A Secret clearance is required, with 8+ years in KM/IM/PM roles.

Qualifications

• Knowledge Management principles, practices, frameworks, and maturity models.
• Knowledge of information architecture, taxonomy, metadata, content management, and lifecycle practices.
• Proficiency with SharePoint Online/Microsoft 365 and enterprise knowledge repositories.
• Strong program management, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to develop and track program metrics, dashboards, performance indicators, and reports.

Responsibilities

• Support KM governance processes, program reviews, policy development, standards alignment, and enterprise coordination.
• Design, assess, and maintain enterprise information and knowledge architectures, including KM structures and taxonomy.
• Attend collaboration meetings and provide meeting minutes with RM/DM/IT/RPA stakeholders on KM product development.
• Recommend assessment improvements and enterprise suggestions to improve KM maturity and lifecycle integrity.
• Develop and maintain KM program metrics across the enterprise and report on performance.
• Track and report performance status of KM governance products including calendars, dashboards, and manuals.
