Zusammenfassung

Goldbelt Glacier seeks a Knowledge Management Analyst/SME to provide enterprise KM support across the National Guard Enterprise. You will help strengthen knowledge capture, governance, reuse, and knowledge-enabled decision support, while developing KM processes, architectures, and lifecycle practices to enable knowledge sharing across the organization.

Five years of KM experience and CKM/CKS or equivalent certification are required, along with a Secret clearance.

Qualifikationen

• Must possess CKM/CKS or APQC KM certification or KMQC (minimum one)
• Bachelor’s or higher degree as noted in minimum qualifications
• Minimum five years of demonstrated experience applying enterprise KM principles and practices
• Experience conducting KM maturity assessments and providing improvement recommendations
• Secret Clearance required and experience supporting KM governance and content lifecycle

Aufgaben

• Develop, implement, and sustain enterprise KM governance processes, standards, policies, and procedures
• Analyze knowledge flows and information-sharing practices to identify gaps and opportunities
• Maintain enterprise knowledge architectures, taxonomies, metadata models, and lifecycle rules
• Facilitate knowledge capture activities (interviews, AARs, lessons learned)
• Develop and maintain reusable knowledge products to support mission execution and organizational learning
• Support content lifecycle management (validation, publication, archiving)
• Develop KM maturity assessments and recommendations for improvements
• Create KM metrics, dashboards, and performance indicators
• Coordinate KM Communities of Practice and stakeholder engagements
• Translate KM business requirements into actionable recommendations and solutions
• Support KM roadmaps, campaigns, and enterprise integration with technical SMEs
