Job summary

CACI International seeks an experienced Senior Knowledge Analyst to support a DoD organization under the EITaaS contract. You will develop and optimize knowledge content, coordinate with the Knowledge Manager, and ensure content is accurate and user-friendly across delivery channels.

You will work in fast-paced environments, interface with client managers and system users, and help shape knowledge strategies, templates, and governance to sustain long-term knowledge assets.

Qualifications

• DoD Secret clearance capable to obtain and maintain.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ITSM or KM platforms such as ServiceNow or Confluence.
• Familiarity with KM methodologies such as KCS and UX basics.
• Strong analytical thinking and commitment to high-quality content.
• Experience using AP writing format and AP Stylebook.
• 10+ years of relevant experience; Bachelor’s degree may substitute for 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Support the Knowledge Manager in shaping and executing knowledge content strategies and project plans.
• Contribute to the full lifecycle of knowledge content: intake, development, review, publication, and enhancement.
• Conduct user experience assessments of knowledge articles to improve clarity, usability and discoverability.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and operations to transform technical information into clear content.
• Maintain and refine documentation templates, style guides, governance processes, and content standards.
