Job summary

Scientific Research Corporation is seeking a Senior Knowledge Management Specialist to architect and manage enterprise knowledge repositories and databases supporting JT&E programs. The role focuses on data governance, taxonomy, and structured search to enable rapid decision making.

The candidate will collaborate with joint test directors and military leadership, delivering dashboards and reports. A Top Secret/SI clearance, CKM or CIP certification, and DoD-related experience are required.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of professional experience in knowledge management, information architecture, or enterprise data systems.
• Proven background with multiple database platforms and taxonomy development for structured search.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills suitable for DoW environments.
• U.S. citizenship with Top Secret/SCI clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Architect, manage, and maintain knowledge repositories and databases to support decision making for feasibility studies and joint tests.
• Ensure test data and deliverables are collected, managed, and accessible to stakeholders across warfighting and testing communities.
• Synthesize artifacts with joint test directors and military leadership to build actionable reporting dashboards and search tools.
• Design and optimize knowledge management workflows for joint testing environments.
