Job summary

CACI International Inc. seeks a Knowledge Management Specialist to strengthen DoD counter-UAS information sharing and decision support.

You will design and sustain a KM environment, integrate MSS and SharePoint, and improve data quality, governance, and executive-ready knowledge products. You will collaborate across military, civilian, interagency, and contractor teams, lead KM governance initiatives, and develop training materials to ensure timely access to authoritative information for mission

Qualifications

• 4 Year Degree in IT or Relevant Field.
• 7 years of Knowledge Management experience.
• Experience with Maven Smart System (MSS) or equivalent.
• Experience with the organization’s SharePoint environment (Online or enterprise deployment).
• 5+ years in KM, information management, data governance, or digital collaboration.
• Strong written and verbal communication; leadership briefings.
• Ability to work across military, civilian, interagency, and contractor orgs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as KM functional lead for information sharing and content management.
• Assess information requirements and recommend improvements to access and knowledge flow.
• Design and maintain information architectures and metadata standards.
• Administer and improve SharePoint environment, dashboards, and workflows.
• Support MSS users with information requirements and adoption training.
• Establish KM governance processes and version control.
• Develop executive-ready dashboards and knowledge products.
• Lead KM improvement initiatives and change-management support.
