Job summary

Qualifications

• 4 Yr Degree in IT or Relevant Field.
• 7 years of Knowledge Management Experience.
• Experience with MSS or comparable data‑integration and decision‑support environments.
• Experience with SharePoint environment, including administration and metadata.
• 5+ years in KM, information management, data governance, or related roles.
• Experience translating needs into KM processes, dashboards, and workflows.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required access.

Responsibilities

• Lead KM information sharing, capture, collaboration, and content management.
• Assess information requirements and improve access, data visibility, and knowledge flow.
• Design and maintain information architectures, navigation, and taxonomies.
• Administer and improve the SharePoint environment and user support materials.
• Support MSS users with data organization, workflows, and training.
• Coordinate with data owners, system admins, security, and other stakeholders.
• Establish KM governance processes including ownership, reviews, and disposition.
• Develop executive dashboards and knowledge products for decision support.
• Identify stale or inaccessible information and drive corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver role-based training and onboarding materials.
