Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a Knowledge Management Specialist for the GMOS contract supporting the Department of State. The role focuses on leading KM programs, governance, and self-service initiatives across a global enterprise.

You will guide a high-performing team, align KM with ITIL practices, and drive content strategy, knowledge lifecycle management, and documentation across enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• BA/BS plus 13+ years of relevant experience or equivalent
• Active Secret clearance
• Extensive experience leading enterprise KM programs and governance
• Experience managing knowledge lifecycle and KM content
• Experience developing KBAs, SOPs, tech docs, self-service content
• Experience implementing ITIL-aligned KM and integrating KM with ITSM
• Experience managing KM repositories and collaboration platforms
• Experience creating self-service and user enablement strategies
• Experience defining KM metrics and governance for adoption and improvement
• Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

• Provides technical/management leadership for KM development across global enterprise
• Establishes enterprise KM strategy and conducts stakeholder reviews
• Sets SOP development aligning with ITIL and standards
• Directs technical documentation strategy and enterprise architecture data flow
• Leads training/user enablement to improve autonomy
• Oversees KM repositories ensuring compliance and integration with tools
• Manages website/content management and records processes
• Leads major assignments with responsibility for budget, staffing and methods
