Job summary

CACI International is seeking a Knowledge Management Specialist to strengthen the DoD’s C‑UAS enterprise by unifying threat intelligence, data, and collaboration tools. The KM Analyst will design, sustain, and improve the knowledge-sharing environment, connect people to authoritative information, and support data-informed decision-making in authorized environments.

Qualifications

• 4 Yr Degree in IT or Relevant Field
• 7 years of Knowledge Management Experience
• Experience with Maven Smart System (MSS) or comparable environment
• Experience with SharePoint Online or enterprise deployment (permissions, metadata, libraries)
• 5+ years of KM, information management, data governance, or related support experience
• Experience designing information architectures, taxonomies, metadata standards, content-management processes

Responsibilities

• Serve as KM lead for information sharing, collaboration, and content management across the organization
• Assess information requirements and improve data access, visibility, and knowledge flow
• Design and maintain information architectures, site structures, metadata, and governance practices
• Administer and improve the organization’s SharePoint environment and MSS support
• Coordinate with data owners and stakeholders to improve data quality and accessibility
• Develop and deliver role-based training and onboarding materials for KM tools
• Develop executive-ready dashboards and knowledge products to support decision making
• Lead KM improvement initiatives including requirements gathering and change management
