Job summary

Nemean Solutions, LLC seeks a seasoned Knowledge Management professional to advance the enterprise KM program. You will govern KM activities, drive governance structures, and build a sustainable KM culture through training, assessments, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

You will develop metrics and dashboards, collaborate with stakeholders across programs, and deliver KM curricula and curricula for the KMRC. A Secret clearance and DoD KM experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Five+ years enterprise Knowledge Management experience.
• Experience with knowledge flow analysis, lifecycle, taxonomy/metadata, governance.
• Experience supporting KM governance structures, maturity assessments, and training.
• Experience developing or delivering KM curriculum and training.
• Basic proficiency with SharePoint Online/365, including sites, lists, libraries, permissions.

Responsibilities

• Support KM governance groups, program reviews, policies, standards, and enterprise coordination.
• Conduct KM maturity assessments and recommend improvements.
• Develop and track KM metrics, dashboards, and program-health information.
• Facilitate Communities of Practice, workshops, and knowledge-sharing events.
• Lead structured knowledge-capture activities including interviews and after-action reviews.
• Develop knowledge maps, flows, RACI/VENN models, and KM products.
• Support taxonomy, metadata, information architecture, and content lifecycle initiatives.
• Develop and deliver KM curricula, job aids, orientation materials, user guides, and training.
• Support and deliver the Knowledge Management Representative Course (KMRC).
• Assist organizational change and adoption of KM processes and tools.
• Prepare briefings and recommendations for Government leadership.
