Job summary

Nemean Solutions, LLC seeks a seasoned Knowledge Management leader to drive the National Guard Bureau KM program. You will coordinate contractor teams, interface with government leadership, and oversee governance, reporting, and roadmaps across the enterprise.

The role requires 5+ years in KM, strong governance, and proficiency with Microsoft 365/SharePoint Online. Security clearance (Secret) is required, with limited local travel and veteran-friendly culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of enterprise Knowledge Management experience.
• Experience with KM governance, knowledge lifecycle management, and program execution.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Organizational Learning or Library Science or CKM/CKS qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate execution of the NGB KM Program and contractor team activities.
• Serve as primary contractor interface with Government program leadership and stakeholders.
• Support KM governance bodies, working groups, program reviews, policies, standards, and enterprise coordination.
• Manage Government-assigned KM tasks, schedules, risks, and deliverables.
• Lead development and maintenance of KM strategies, roadmaps, governance products, and communications plans.
• Oversee KM maturity assessments, metrics, dashboards, and program health indicators.
• Prepare and oversee status reporting and executive-level briefings.
• Coordinate KM activities involving SharePoint/Microsoft 365 and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Ensure deliverables comply with KM doctrine, governance standards, quality requirements, and timelines.
