Job summary

ACLC, LLC seeks a Senior Knowledge Manager to lead the integrated KM team supporting the National Guard Bureau KM Program. The role translates NGB priorities into executable governance, architecture, and training across the National Guard Enterprise.

You will drive maturity, knowledge-flow analysis, and decision-support outputs while coordinating with stakeholders to deliver governance products, dashboards, and metrics that enable informed leadership decisions.

Qualifications

Five+ years applying enterprise Knowledge Management principles.
KM certifications or a related degree as listed (CKM/CKS, APQC, KMQC, AFSC) or a degree in Organizational Learning or Library Science.
Experience with knowledge-flow analysis, metadata, taxonomy, and governance support.
Ability to lead KM governance structures and maturity assessments.
Proficiency with SharePoint Online/Microsoft 365 platform.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day KM team activities and prioritize work.
Serve as senior advisor for enterprise KM maturation and multi-year plans.
Coordinate KM governance with stakeholders and working groups.
Facilitate governance meetings and deliver agendas, minutes, and outputs on schedule.
Oversee KM architecture, taxonomy, repositories, and lifecycle practices.
Direct creation of knowledge maps, dashboards, and decision-support products.
Own KM maturity assessments, metrics framework, and reporting.
Prepare program status reports and leadership updates.
Ensure compliance with security and information policies.
