Job summary

Nemean Solutions, LLC, headquartered in Sierra Vista, AZ, delivers enterprise Knowledge Management support to the National Guard Bureau (NGB). The role leads the NGB KM Program, coordinating contractor activities, governance bodies, and executive-level reporting to mature and sustain the enterprise KM program across National Guard operations.

Qualifications

Minimum five (5) years of enterprise Knowledge Management experience.
Experience with KM governance, knowledge lifecycle management, and enterprise knowledge sharing.
Experience developing executive-level reports, briefings, and program documentation.
Working proficiency with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online.
Proficiency with KM certifications or related coursework.
Ability to translate strategic objectives into executable KM activities.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate execution of the NGB KM Program and contractor team activities.
Serve as a primary contractor interface with Government program leadership and stakeholders.
Support KM governance bodies, working groups, program reviews, policies, and standards.
Manage Government-assigned KM tasks, schedules, risks, and deliverables.
Lead development of KM strategies, roadmaps, and communications plans.
Oversee KM maturity assessments, metrics, and program health indicators.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual status reporting and executive briefings.
Coordinate KM activities involving SharePoint and 365 services.
