Job summary

Nemean Solutions, LLC seeks a Knowledge Management Specialist to advance the enterprise KM program within a federal contracting environment. You will support governance, maturity assessments, training, and change initiatives across KM workflows, repositories, and capabilities.

The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, knowledge-capture activities, and the development of KM products, metrics, and curricula to build a sustainable KM culture for government leadership and mission success.

Qualifications

Minimum five years of enterprise Knowledge Management experience.
Experience with knowledge lifecycle management, taxonomy/metadata, governance.
Ability to design and deliver effective adult learning and training products.

Responsibilities

Support KM governance working groups, program reviews, policies, and enterprise coordination.
Conduct KM maturity assessments and recommend improvements.
Develop and track KM metrics, dashboards, and program-health information.
Facilitate KM Communities of Practice, workshops, and knowledge-sharing events.
Conduct structured knowledge-capture activities including interviews and after-action reviews.
Develop knowledge maps and knowledge flows, RACI/VENN models, and other KM products.
Support taxonomy, metadata, and content lifecycle initiatives.
Develop KM curricula, job aids, orientation materials, and user guides.
