People, Technology & Processes, LLC seeks a Knowledge Management Analyst (Program Manager / Senior KM Analyst) in Arlington, VA to direct the enterprise KM program and serve as the single accountable point of coordination with the COR. The role requires CKM/KMI, PMP, and SECRET clearance with extensive KM governance and training responsibilities.

Qualifications

Certified Knowledge Manager (CKM) and at least eight years of enterprise KM experience.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
At least five (5) years applying enterprise KM principles across lifecycle activities.
Experience supporting KM governance structures and KM maturity assessments.
Managing stakeholder engagements and LMS-based KM training.
Active SECRET clearance.

Responsibilities

Direct overall contract performance and act as Contract Manager with authority on daily contract matters.
Lead KM program management per CNGBI 5002.01 and NGB KM methodologies.
Develop, coordinate, and publish KM Manual, Campaign Plan, and Strategic Communications Plan.
Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting (MSR, QSR, ASR) and maintain KM quality standards.
Provide administrative, facilitation, and logistical support to KM governance meetings (agendas, minutes, action logs, briefings).
Deliver leadership-facing decision-support and situational-awareness products, including the Consolidated Issues List.
