You will leverage Dow’s portfolio, uncover opportunities, and collaborate with TS&D and Marketing to build a strong pipeline.

You’ll guide cross‑functional teams to deliver growth and value, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military degree equivalence at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• 7 years of relevant working experience.
• Ability to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolio – prepare and implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plan, delivering value and volume.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape sales/marketing plan.
• Lead/conduct negotiations and implement price changes.
• Collaborate with other function stakeholders to improve CX results.
• Use CRM, DSR, CMT, Smart Pricing at expert level.
• Deliver growth, including cross business opportunities.
• Understand short vs long term trade offs and articulate them for win solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
