Qualifications

• 5+ years in semiconductor wafer processing or capital equipment industry.
• Master’s degree in a related engineering field.
• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement across operations.

Responsibilities

• Own process application NPI, product improvements, and modifications for installed base.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers.
• Manage all technical account aspects for customers.
• Resolve process and hardware-related escalations in the field.
• Define and implement standards, specs, and recipes for installed base performance.
