ASM is hiring an Engineer, Field Process - Thermal ALD in North Phoenix. You will join the Global Sales and Services team as the on-site technical liaison between customers, ASM Field Service, account leadership, and global product teams, supporting Synergis and Pulsar thermal ALD deposition systems in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

We seek early-career engineers with hands-on exposure to thermal ALD, thin-film deposition, and semiconductor processing.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or related technical discipline.
• 0-3 years of relevant experience; new graduates welcome.
• Exposure to thermal ALD, thin-film deposition, semiconductor processing, surface chemistry, or related technologies.
• Ability to analyze experimental/process data using JMP, Python, MATLAB, Excel or similar tools.
• Strong English communication with customers and cross-functional teams.
• On-site work in a customer semiconductor fab and cleanroom in North Phoenix.

Responsabilidades

• Support ASM Synergis and Pulsar thermal ALD systems during installation, start-up, qualification, ramp, and production-support activities.
• Monitor process performance, tool-to-tool matching, process stability, and customer specifications through data review.
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolution of process/equipment issues with Field Service Engineers and teams.
• Conduct experiments and data analysis for process qualification, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Collect and analyze process/metrology data to inform technical decisions.
• Communicate findings, risks, and next steps to customers and internal stakeholders.
