ASM in Phoenix is seeking a senior process engineering leader for ALD technology who can drive a high‑performing team and deliver on the product roadmap. You will mentor engineers, advance PLC execution, and coordinate cross‑functional efforts with hardware and software teams to meet schedule and cost goals.

Ideal candidates bring 12+ years in semiconductor equipment, a Master’s degree, and a proven track record of delivering complex equipment products on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering or related field is required; PhD preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in semiconductor equipment development (CVD/ALD preferred).
• Proven track record in delivering semiconductor equipment products on time and within budget.
• Experience leading process engineering teams of 10+ and recruiting exceptional talent.
• Strong ability to drive continuous improvement across operations.

Responsabilités

• Run day-to-day management of key product process engineering teams with emphasis on results.
• Set, evangelize, and implement ASM processes.
• Collaborate with the KPU head to set the vision for the technology and roadmap.
• Lead PLC team in developing and delivering next-generation systems to the market.
• Recruit premier engineering talent and manage development execution (cost, schedule, performance).
• Define success criteria across hardware and software to drive new product development.
