Job summary

Dow Consumer Solutions is seeking a Senior Customer Manager to lead regional and cross-business brand owner relationships, delivering annual sales plans and a robust pipeline.

You will work with TS&D and Marketing to identify opportunities, manage multiple stakeholders, and drive cross-functional projects with a focus on value and growth across locations including Midland, Houston, Collegeville, Marietta, or remote East Coast.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military degree equivalence at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• 7+ years of relevant working experience.
• US work authorization without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolio and implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plans to deliver value and volume.
• Collect market intelligence to shape plans.
• Lead negotiations and implement price changes.
• Collaborate with other functions to improve CX results.
• Utilize CRM/DSR/CMT/Smart Pricing at expert level.
• Deliver growth including cross-business opportunities.
• Articulate short- and long-term trade-offs for win solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior staff.
