Dow Consumer Solutions is seeking a Senior Customer Manager to lead regional and cross-business accounts for a global brand owner in personal care. You will develop and deliver annual sales plans, explore opportunities, and coordinate with TS&D and Marketing to build a robust pipeline.

The role requires building strong relationships, guiding cross-functional teams, and negotiating strategies. Travel may be required; locations include Midland MI, Houston TX, Collegeville PA, Marietta GA, or East

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or military equivalent at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

• Manage account portfolio and implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plan delivering value and volume.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape plans.
