The KAM leads an account team to understand client needs, influence policy, and develop targeted campaigns in a dynamic hybrid work setting across multiple U.S. offices.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B energy & utilities markets preferred.
• Strong relationship management and communication skills.
• Ability to influence and lead without direct reporting lines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute key account strategies for top accounts in the ESNA region.
• Foster internal and external networks to grow revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Marketing, Sales and Operations to deliver high-quality projects.
