Philips, a health-technology leader, seeks a Key Account Manager for Diagnostic Imaging and Interventional Guided Therapy Romania. Based in Bucharest, you will drive order intake, sales performance, and price realization across your territory while building strong, long-term partnerships with key healthcare customers and hospitals.

You will develop a portfolio of strategic accounts, identify new business opportunities, navigate complex buyer journeys, and travel extensively within the region.

Qualifications

• Several years of sales or key account management experience in medical devices.
• Experience in clinical and hospital environments, public and private.
• Strong ownership, resilience, and ability to drive projects independently.
• Fluent Romanian and English; willingness to travel extensively.
• End-to-end ownership of opportunities and ability to navigate complex journeys.

Responsabilités

• Drive order intake, sales performance, and price realization across the territory.
• Develop, manage, and grow a portfolio of key and strategic hospital accounts.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across DI/IGT/EI portfolio.
• Act as a trusted partner and advisor navigating complex customer journeys.
• Operate with high autonomy, negotiating within guidelines and collaborating with internal stakeholders.
