Philips is seeking a Key Account Manager for Customer Service to drive profitable growth in Romania. The role focuses on building strong relationships with key stakeholders, developing account plans, and leading cross-functional activities to meet sales and profitability targets.

You will negotiate agreements, manage pipelines, forecast performance, and ensure solution quality while collaborating with Project Management, Operations and Customer Services teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Sales.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales or Marketing.
• Proven track record in sales or account management.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English and local language.
