Responsibilities

• Drives and implements strategic direction and targets for Accelerated Technologies in line with regional strategy.
• Achieves sales revenue and profit targets for Romania & Moldova with P&L responsibility.
• Plans and monitors activities of a sales team within the region to achieve targets.
• Develops business strategies for existing and potential accounts.
• Maintains relationships with stakeholders to support selling, market development, and clinical programs.
• Identifies opportunities and develops new programs to increase market share.
• Collaborates with Customer Care, Tender, Legal, Regulatory, Market Access, Marketing, and SAM to increase therapy adoption and reimbursement.
