Job summary

Qualifications

6+ years of software development experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong hands-on Java development skills.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices.
Experience with AI/ML tools (GenAI, NLP, data science) in large-scale applications.
Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases and data integration.
CI/CD, DevOps practices, and automated testing.
Excellent problem-solving and communication; ability to lead a technical team.

Responsibilities

Lead by example in design, architecture, and hands-on Java development for counterparty credit risk systems.
Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and drive best practices.
Drive cloud-native, microservices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) adoption.
Collaborate with product, risk officers, sales, and traders to translate business needs into scalable designs.
Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timely, high-quality releases.
