Qualifications

• 6+ years of software development experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong hands-on Java programming skills
• Experience with modern tech stacks and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) including microservices, APIs, containers, and serverless
• Proven AI/ML tooling experience in large-scale applications
• Architectural pattern knowledge and data integration expertise
• CI/CD, DevOps practices, and automated testing experience
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and communication skills
• Ability to lead and inspire a technical team

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design, architecture, and hands-on development for Counterparty Credit Risk solutions leveraging AI tools
• Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and drive best practices for high performance and scale
• Lead a team of software engineers and allocate resources to meet risk-management goals
• Evaluate new technologies and AI tools to enhance products and processes
• Oversee end-to-end project delivery within the Credit Risk domain
• Collaborate with product, risk, and operations teams to translate requirements into scalable designs
• Promote agile practices and effective stakeholder communication
