• 5 to 8 years of experience in a software product development or technical environment.
• Hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices development.
• Proven ability to manage the complete software development lifecycle, from requirements and design through release and operational support.
• Experience delivering projects using Agile or hybrid Agile-Waterfall methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and build mid-to-large-scale Java applications using Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
• Own the full software development lifecycle end-to-end, from scoping and planning to deployment and post-launch support.
• Define and maintain engineering standards for coding, testing, and debugging.
